The new generation of adjustable proportioning valves combines the latest refinements to deliver precise pressure metering and strength from a compact forged billet design. Pressure adjustments range from 150-1200 PSI and provide for a maximum decrease of 57% in line pressure, the most of any available valve. This proportioning valve has six preset points actuated by moving a lever allowing racers to quickly adjust brake bias during a race. The lever “clicks” into the six positions for positive adjustment. Valves weigh only 6.1 ounces (lever), and have two .25” side mounting holes spaced 1.00” apart. Inlet / outlet ports are 1/8-27 NPT and valves are supplied with two 1/8-27 NPT to 3/8-24 inverted flare female fittings that will fit most domestic 3/16th hard brake lines.
- Allows for quick and easy adjustment of brake bias from front to back
- 6 Preset points allow for a positive adjustment without having to look at the valve
- Ideal for changing surface conditions
- Reduces line pressure up to 57%
Wilwood machines each proportioning valve from billet aluminium and gives it a durable anodized finish. Some internal components are constructed from steel for added strength and durability.
