Our billet Timing Chain Tensioner Cover with integrated Turbo Oil Drain offers a neat and effective way to integrate an oil return and ultimately saving the hassle of removing and modifying the sump / oil pan. The billet tensioner oil drain incorporates an ORB12 female thread and is supplied with an ORB12 to AN12 Male/Male adapter to allow the use of standard AN12 hose and fittings. An integrated O-Ring is used to seal against the timing chain cover allowing easy removal to check the timing chain tensioner periodically for wear and tear. Our low-profile design requires only 43mm of clearance from the chain cover mounting face ensuring compatibility with a wide range of vehicles and engine swaps.

For log or front mount turbo's only, manifolds with turbo's positioned over the gearbox are too far away from the front of the engine for this style of oil drain to work effectively.

Checking your timing chain tensioner should be done on a more regular basis if you are running aggressive cams or just want peace of mind, this cover uses an O-Ring to seal against the Cam Chain Cover allowing you to remove it time and time again without having to deal with messy sealant.
