The SDI ECU stands as the ultimate solution for streamlined integrated direct injection Engine Management (ECU). Built on the revered S8 architecture, the SDI offers a compact version with reduced inputs and outputs, catering specifically to Gasoline Direct Injection (GDI) applications that prioritize efficiency over complexity.
Designed for precise control of Gasoline Direct injectors, including those from Ford, GM, and Bosch (including Bosch Motorsport types), the SDI eliminates the need for an external driver box. While naturally accommodating 4-cylinder engines, expansion to more cylinders can be seamlessly achieved using our S12 ECU and GDI Boxes.
Encased in a sealed aluminum billet unit featuring a single waterproof connector (88 pins), the SDI boasts the following attributes:
